He has spent many years in the coffee industry both as a roaster, working with importers and most recently working with Mill City Roasters. He has been a part of the Roaster's Guild and the SCA, but most of all is passionate about great coffee. We discuss the importance of the marriage between technology and your business as well as the importance of finding your niche in an already crowded market.
