In this episode I go hot and heavy on the most RIDICULOUS question in the weekly claims reporting process "During the week, did you attend school anytime between the hours of 7am and 5pm, M-F?" This question has been used to deny and delay claims for up to 19 weeks as claimants who are online students, or students who have one class in the morning and then work the rest of the day are stuck trying to navigate a system that is meant to fail them.
