This may or may not be helpful to you at all, but Scott and Jason have both been in long-term marriages and here is their advice. They offer a unique perspective because the life of an NFL player is far from average. Rivals is hosted by Scott Mitchell and Jason Buck, past football rivals, current best friends. Scott played quarterback for The University of Utah and was drafted into the NFL where he played for the Miami Dolphins, Detroit Lions, Cincinnati Bengals and Baltimore Ravens. Jason was a defensive end at Brigham Young University where he was picked in the first round of the NFL Draft. Jason won a Super Bowl during his time with the Washington Redskins.
