Today I am joined by Egil Johansen. Egil is the founder of The Kenton pub in Hackney, East London. Egil took over the pub in 2009 with a vision to offer the local area a local pub they can be proud of. By sticking to doing the things that matter really well, Egil has taken the pub from strength to strength and turned The Kenton into something of a local institution. With a string of awards and recommendations literally as long as my arm, it is clear that Egil really has delivered on his vision.
