As Jesus begins to describe the kingdom he is ushering in, people begin to realize that it is a kingdom never heard of before. He goes on to describe two groups of people: those who are dependent on Jesus and those who declare themselves as self-sufficient. And there is an inheritance blessing and danger that comes with each.
