On Sunday, July 4, 2021, Pastor Joe Troutman preached "Blessed by the Firstborn Son" from Matthew 19:13-15. “Jesus Christ died in place of each of you who believes in him, and he shares with you the blessings he has received from his Father.” 1. Seeking a Blessing (v. 13) Then children were brought to him that he might lay his hands on them and pray. The disciples rebuked the people, 2. Let Them Come (v. 14) but Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” 3. The Blessing of the Firstborn Son (v. 15) And he laid his hands on them and went away.
