We're reviewing a collaboration from Boulevard Brewing and Modern Times Beer & Coffee: Restless Nights, a barrel-aged porter with ten varieties of malted barley, wheat, and oats. After fermentation, it is rested on bourbon barrel-aged coffee for two days. This beast is full of coffee flavors and aromas, and rightfully so.
