This one is for you aspiring home chefs! Butchering, processing and cooking wild game is a huge part of the enjoyment of hunting for me, so whenever I can talk to someone who has similar passions, I want to take advantage of it. Nick Otto is a hunter, amateur chef and the host of the Huntavore podcast. Nick is about as passionate about wild game cooking as anyone I've met. We geek out hardcore on this one regarding processing, cooking, preparation methods, kitchen tools and a bunch of other stuff. Honestly we need to do a Part 2 because it was so much fun talking to him. Even if you're not the greatest home cook (or have much of an interest in it), you may glean some useful information out of this one as Nick is a wealth of knowledge.
