Michael is a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and all-round fitness fanatic. His passion is helping people maximize their human potential.  To this end, he aims to help his clients realize their potential by providing them with the tools necessary to achieve all of their goals - no matter how lofty or far fetched those goals may seem.  He has had the privilege of working with clients to discover the ability to achieve things they never thought they could - from helping clients learn to walk again to training athletes that went on to play in the Olympics and at professional levels. He believes what the mind can conceive, the body can achieve.
