Today we're talking Brewgaloo 2017, the largest craft beer festival in North Carolina! Jennifer Martin from Shop Local Raleigh gives all the info you'll need to know about this fantastic event. We here at the Raleigh Raleigh Raleigh Podcast LOVE this event, and it's really the kickoff for the whole festival season here in the city. Dates: April 21 and 22 Location: Fayetteville St, Raleigh Cost: FREE (drink tickets are available on-site or advance at House of Swank Clothing, Green Monkey, other fine establishments. Tickets are $1 each. 1 Pint = 5 tickets. 2oz Sampler = 2 tickets. 102 Breweries will be there! 51 Food Trucks will be on-site 45 Street Vendors will have a variety of goods What to bring: ID is required! Comfortable shoes, sunscreen, a leash for your dog, cash or credit cards, and a smile! What NOT to bring: Bad attitude, snakes. Really, leave your snakes at home.
