Just last week I got to talk with Bryan Rivers, Co Founder and Community Director of WayWithWords New York. Rivers has always had a passion for basketball. As a dedicated player, he used his talents as an avenue to get himself into Peddie, a private very selective prep school, and later into Pace University. He excelled both on the court and in the classroom. Upon graduating in 2018 Bryan earned a job with J.P. Morgan in New York City. Now while all this personal success was going on, Rivers never lost his passion for the game and the value that it had added to his life. He ran skills camps in his hometown, and brought in college and international level players to show young kids how they can turn their passion into success. Then, once in New York, created WayWithWords to help others express their passions. WayWithWords is booming, with people from Jevon Carter of the Phoenix Suns to well known entrepreneur Garyvee showing their support for what Rivers and his Co founders have created.
