Danita first created Zen in a Jar is a brand that hand crafts body, candle and home scents. During the 2012 Holiday Season with the idea of creating Kwanzaa gifts Zen in a Jar was birthed. Soon, friends and family became interested in giving them as gifts as well and she began to sell during the holiday seasons-you know, as a hobby.
