Mavericks of Senior Living At Mavericks of Senior Living and Serenity Engage, we saw a massive problem with communication in senior care, so we asked the community to helps us all collaboratively solve it. We were so fortunate to have people coming to us from all aspects of care to join this conversation: executive directors, caregivers, family members, hospice providers, home health, home care, nurses, and most importantly, older adults! This incredible group sat down at the same table with all their various ideas, perspectives and experience to come up with a cross-functional, cross-organizational solution.
