John's passion for leadership and equestrian sports officially merged by conducting the first workshop equine leadership workshop co-facilitated myself and Lyn Clarke – a fifth generation horseman and stuntman in Disney’s The Loan Ranger movie. Lyn and I are working together to formalize the curriculum and bring this program to market, so more organizations might benefit from the experience.
