California Legislature passes bill reducing penalties for oral, anal sex with willing children. Say's Breitbart article headline Bill SB-145 sex offenders: registration brought to you by Senator Wiener None of this makes sense. Children, Sex, willing don’t go together, period. Those words shouldn’t come together to form any kind of sentence. But I think this bill is even more heinous, it's not about the willingness of a minor as the title from Breitbart suggest but the fact a convicted rapist should then not have to register as an offender if not more than 10 years older than the minor. But we are talking about minors, right? So, I'm Speak On It!
