Sometimes there is a lot of concern when it comes to how to minimize your intake of carbohydrates on a vegan or vegetarian diet.  There is a lot of fear that someone will eat too many carbohydrates on a plantbased diet leading to unwanted weight gain and fat accumulation.  In this podcast I discuss some of the issues and offer some perspectives that will help address the carbohydrate problem.
