My guest today on the podcast is Cassandra Craddock who is a fitness model, personal trainer and the owner of Iluka Fitness. Cassie, as I like to call her, has an impressive track record when it comes to fitness. She only a couple of years ago started her fitness journey and with only 3-4 months of training went on to taking out 6 x First Places in every category at the ICN Natural Bodybuilding Show in 2018 as a first-timer. She also competed on a plant-based diet and has been a vegan for over 3 years now. Cass and I have an honest and an open conversation on how fitness can hep improve your physical as well as mental health and why it is important to make it a priority in order to achieve any fitness goals we set out for ourselves. We also discuss our vegan lifestyles and share our motivations when it comes to choosing a plant-based diet and how it has helped us in our journeys.
