Recording of official opening of the Centre for Emergency and Disaster Management followed by the centre's first forum, both held July 10, 2013 at QUT Gardens Point Campus. The forum explores the factors driving increasing demand for emergency health services and strategies for moderating and managing that demand. Speakers include Anthony Bell, Michael Cleary, Professor Julie Considine, Professor Gerry Fitzgerald, Shelly Kleinhans, Rachael Krinks, Alex Markwell, Janelle Miles, Richard Royle, and Professor Vivienne Tippett.
