Ime Udoka's coaching staff is slowly taking shape, with Hardy and Stoudamire joining the team. But does this shift towards well respected coaches (most of whom have NBA playing experience) also indicate a shift in how Steven's will look to shape this roster? Right now, there's no coach on the bench with a reputation for developing young players, rather, this coaching team looks geared towards players entering, or residing in their primes.
