Ephesians 6:4-8 Continuing from last week's message where we looked into what our motives are when serving. We dive deeper into inspecting our motives when serving. Some people go through the right religious motions, but there is no Joy or light within them. When serving God, we need to be excited! Everyone in the body of Christ is a minister of the gospel. This means we all have the duty of benign the joy of Christ to the world. So our motivation must be GOD. God wants a heart that has repented from the sin of chasing our own glory. He wants us to show respect for those in authority. Because when we honor earthly authority, we are honoring God. And finally, don’t put on an act to get people to view us highly. But, be genuine, obedient, and submissive. This is Godly integrity!
