This week I'm joined by multi-millionaire property investor Chris Prefontaine, who explains how he learned the value of money early on by doing gardening and odd jobs in his community before taking on a full time job while also studying at university. Chris knew he'd met the love of his life when he was 20, partly because she was as keen as him to save to accumulating some money, rather than socialising and buying stuff. And Chris explains how he built up his property business, only to see much of his wealth wiped out by the 2008-10 global credit crunch. The slow journey back from the brink has seen Chris build an amazing property and training business, which is now managed by one of his children.
