Frank Sinatra sang it loudly: "I did it my way!" And just like Frank, there are college coaches out there who get creative, buck the trends, and build their programs using their instincts and experience as a guide. Coach Gabe Bolton is one of those coaches. He is the longtime women's soccer head coach at California State University, Stanislaus, a successful Division II program in central California. Over the years, he's used some unorthodox methods to build a winner, and create a life for himself and his family that might just be the envy of a lot of coaches who listen to this episode. He'll share what he's done, how he's done it, and offer ideas that you can use to build your own program. You can email Coach Bolton at gbolton@csustan.edu with questions. And, you can contact Dan Tudor at dan@dantudor.com. Thanks for listening, Coach! Make sure you tell others in your department to subscribe to the College Recruiting Weekly podcast!
