It is never a sign of weakness that you do not know it all.Never be afraid to ask for help. It affords other people to contribute to you. You don't have to do it all all of the time.Look for mentors to help get you to the next level.Acknowledge everything about yourself - the good, the bad and the ugly. Own it. Once you know where and how you operate,you can adjust accordingly to go in the direction you wish to go.
