In this episode, my brother and I talk about the current state of the world and how it's affecting us all. We offer our perspective on topics like social distancing, community reaction to the virus, and spreading positivity. As leaders, we must be prepared to lead when our community needs us. With all of our backs against the wall, what do we do when adversity arises? How will we handle our fight or flight response? There is so much about COVID19 what we cannot control and that is completely understandable. Going forward I think it's imperative to control what you can control.
