Do something productive.- 3:00 - 6:00 - Build Yourself - Get moving, exercise, workout, shoot basketball, jog, walk, swim, whatever. Exercising is proven to increase your mental health.- 6:00-9:00 - Hobby - Do what you love. Video games, instagram, create, draw, write, music, practice, whatever.
