Fear is the mind-killer...
There must be a million quotable quotes on courage online, but that still hasn't made it any easier. Courage could be that bedrock foundational value which enables us to attempt anything else worthwhile, and that's certainly true of all the It's Not Easy episodes we've put up so far, and will put up in future. What does it really mean though? What are some of the factors that contribute to courage? What are the major benefits involved, and just how can one start from zero?
