The Riverside Aquatic Center was abruptly closed yesterday, after city officials announced a lifeguard who worked at the pool tested positive for COVID-19. The closure was announced late yesterday afternoon. As of today, in an effort to stop the spread of the Coronavirus, everyone getting on a Sioux City transit bus or entering a city building will be required to wear a mask or face covering.
