Dusty Miller is a CPA turned restaurateur with a background as an auditor for a big four accounting firm, and as controller at a small publicly-traded oil and gas company. Dusty and the rest of the Miller family currently own and operate the "redneck trifecta" of Miller's Smokehouse and Millers Taxidermy & Processing.
