People are becomming more aware of the importance of the Earth's elements and the roles they play in our healing; physically, mentally and emotionally. Gridding dates back centuries but it is only now, that here in the West, we are turning to new modalites to enhance our lives. Sacred Stone Grids, also called Crystal Grids, are becoming an increasingly important tool in our times. Grids can assist in working with us on anything from expressing gratitude to assist us with navigating a challenging time we may be experiencing. In this introductory workshop we will learn about sacred geometry, the energy of crystals, how grids work , how they can be used, and how to create grid affirmations.
