In the previous video of this series we spoke about how to identify and categorize your customers on the basis of their needs and aspirations. And now in this video we are touching upon a very critical component of your ecommerce marketing strategy and that is 'Checkout experience'. More than often, ecommerce websites fail or lose sales due to poor checkout experience. The drop-out rates are very high and despite the fact that people want to buy from those sites, they simply tend to leave the transaction mid-way. So, how to avoid this situation. Well, one of the ways to improve the checkout experience is to use ‘Auto fill’ functionality. People hate filling out web forms, especially on mobile devices. They can be slow and frustrating to complete and often contain multi-page steps and validation issues. This leads to high user drop-off and frustration. To help make things easier for users, browsers have long been able to autocomplete fields on behalf of the user. In order to do this, you have to integrate a code in your website. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/vikram-jethwani/message
