Vaduvur Duraisami Iyengar was a Tamil writer of detective fiction in the 1940s. This story has a beautiful social message which is relevant today too. Scenes are predictable but the narration style of the Author is interesting.An intelligent poor man does extra ordinary things to teach a lesson.
