Running from 1986 to 1993 with approximately 525 episodes under its belt, Double Dare more than tripled Nickelodeon’s viewership almost instantly. Double Dare spawned spin-offs, rip-offs, international versions, a live road show, 2 revivals, shit tons of merchandising and countless parodies.
