Head coach Will Nahan, of Randolph High School gave us the opportunity to speak to his football team about peer accountability and leadership. A winning team is built on a competitive culture and we had the fortunate opportunity to share words of wisdom with their team before their season opener. Despite a 6-5 record they went into the playoffs as the 6th seed and beat the number 3 seed, while losing a close battle to runner state champion, Woodbridge who barely won 14-13. Their season had many ups and downs but despite their record they almost found a way into the state championship game.
