In this episode I chat with my friend Sam Beaumier, who is a Live Audio Engineer from Columbus, OH. After randomly meeting and deciding to have a chat over Chipotle one time, I immediately found out that Sam was a fun dude to talk to, with a great outlook on so many things. From life itself, to the ups and downs of freelancing, to the music industry, and the world touring, I knew he would make for a podcast-worthy conversation. What I didn't know was Sam's past struggles with balancing his mental health and we jump into that here as well as he shares his story.
