It's beginning to look a lot like spooky-season!! Both Sarah and Stephanie are back to their regularly scheduled busy fall schedules. Stephanie is back,back, back again at (not Terror Behind The Walls) Eastern State Penitentiary for their new "Halloween Nights at Eastern State" attraction!! And this year they're using the ENTIRE prison!!!!!! Sarah is performing in "The Secretaries" a show about a murderous cult of...secretaries. It's the season opener for Allens Lane Theatre, it's part of Fringe Festival AND it's in-person!!! (PLUS - WE'VE GOT GUESTOBERFEST COMING UP----but more on that later) Sarah starts the episode out with a short (and not sweet) ghost story. We're going to Mason County, West Virginia in an area of farmland surrounded on all sides by the "Big Woods" - and also surrounded by the haunting screams of a soul trapped. Stephanie wraps up the episode with a cult-not-cult called "The Garden". A commune located in Tennessee that gained traction on TikTok soon had people questioning: is this just a well-meaning group of hippies (and doomsday preppers)...or is it a cult?
