I have nothing but respect for the teaching profession as I have family and friends that are teachers which has given me a different perspective on what teachers do. I enjoyed speaking with Courtney Bailey, agriculture teacher, regarding her views on leadership as an emerging leader.Courtney's response regarding whether leaders are born or made was brilliant - anyone can become a leader and that people have a capacity to learn, change and grow.
