At Levitate, we’ve been helping people to connect mind, body and soul since spring 2018. We teach meditation and mindfulness for the real world to people with busy minds. We do this in drop-in group classes at studios and companies. We get all our inspiration from connecting with the community, and we’re so happy to have you here. Although the journey towards fulfilment can be a lonely one, it is made immeasurably better when you have a supportive community around you. This is the power of connection.
