Being a single mom was never the plan, yet here you are. Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, heartbroken, angry, and the idea of being confident in this life seems impossible. I had the same dream you did and when I left my daughter’s dad I left a scary and abusive situation. And like you, I didn’t have time to wallow in my heartache or pain, I had to get up and face my responsibilities, all on my own. Fortunate for me, I had spend the 5 years before becoming a mother running a youth program that taught tween and teen girls tools for building confidence. I knew that if those tools could help those girls, they could help me too. Since then I have become a Confidence Coach.
