This episode's featured cocktail by Elliot: The Fancy Whisky Highball1 ½ oz. Monkey Shoulder Blended Scotch¾ oz. Cynar½ oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice½ oz. simple syrup2 dashes Angostura Bitters4 oz. ice cold club sodaWhile assembling your ingredients, put a fresh can or bottle of club soda in the freezer for 20-30 minutes, along with a large highball glass filled with ice. When ready, add all ingredients except club soda into the glass, stirring to combine and chill. Top with club soda, giving a gentle stir to incorporate the bubbles throughout, and garnish with a slice of lemon.
