We're super excited about today's episode where we explore children and Human Design. This episode is great for parents, educators, or anyone who influence children in their daily life! Join us as we explore our perfect Human Design classroom simulator where all children are guided to listen to their inner guidance system. We share how you can identify the different types within a classroom setting and what supports each type. Our biggest advice is to take time to listen to the kids, they will tell us what they need through words or actions. Imagine a world where not every child is treated the same and we encourage their unique gifts to shine, giving them permission to be themselves!Here are a few simple thoughts to support the different types. Manifestors: Freedom to bounce from station to station. They have energy for the sprint but will burn out if not given the opportunity to rest. Generators: If they are doing what they love, they are designed for a marathon. Ask them yes/no questions and encourage them to push through plateaus. Projectors: Invite them in to share their experience and what is going on with the group. Projectors also need rest, you may find them sitting reading a book during recess rather than running around with the other kids.Reflectors: Rare - around 1% of population. They are chameleons and can fit along with multiple groups. They may volunteer to run errands to get out of the classroom if the energy doesn't feel right. What is Human Design Delight? We are bringing you a collaboration with women from each of the design types. Prepare yourself to receive episodes about life, relationships, business, Human Design and Gene Keys, and personal empowerment. Not every episode will be about human design; however, every episode we will show up in our designs because there's no getting around it. We believe there are many valuable tools that assist us in accepting and loving ourselves, and Human Design is one of them. We also are passionate about each of us living authentically and sharing our unique gifts with the world. We're not 100% sure where this journey will take us, but we are 100% confident that we will show up weekly transparently and authentically, with conversations that matter to you.
