Welcome to our series on the Centers in Human Design. These mini episodes will be focused on discussing the affect an open center might have on our life experiences. We'll kick off the series exploring the Root Center led by Kristina, our Manifestor. The Root center is a pressure center and motor center. When your center is defined (colored in), you will always have a list of things to get done, whether that list is written or in your head. If your Root center is open, you may feel the pressure to get things done. This can show up in driving, eating, and work. Since it's a pressure center, when it's open it will amplify the energies of those around you. Learn to pace yourself and always check in with your strategy and authority of your design.
