Tim Gray grew up with a negative attitude towards law enforcement due to several police contacts as a young man. But, a conversation with his mother changed his life because he found his WHY. Now, Tim Gray is the Public Information Officer with the Western Kentucky Police Department and is being the change he wanted to see in law enforcement.
