Misal Pav is a very tasty recipe commonly made in many parts of Maharashtra and is a combination of pav and a spicy curry made of sprouted moth beans, commonly called as Matki sprouts. This recipe is made in many different styles and one of the ways in which it is served is along with Kande Pohe.
