In this episode Kiara shares her thoughts on this cross-genre collection of tracks, recounting how the album resonated with her at a key time in her life and why she continues to return to it; as well as exploring the darker subjects embedded in several songs, including the critique on Russia’s anti-LGBTQ+ laws and the terror of domestic abuse. And after tossing back a few Cherry Fizz cocktails, we also learn of Kiara’s crush on the Irish singer-songwriter, her decision to fly solo at his concert, her favourite song EVER, and her LCBO meet-cute’s (not really).
