Guys, do you realize the Genius that is within you? Each and every one of you has a tremendous value that you bring to this world and your work, your businesses, your products, your services, your talents and skills are so incredibly needed on this planet. We forget that we have this amazing gift, this Genius that we carry within us, each and every one of us has it. I am here to help you tap into it and you start to tap into it by taking a step back and remembering exactly what it is you are doing. It’s easy to fall into the daily hustle and bustle of getting those emails written, and writing emails isn’t really WHAT you do….it’s easy to get lost in the daily minutiae. We forget that our REAL work is the work we wake up excited to do every day, and that is the greater vision that helped manifest your business. So, to get tapped back into your genius and unleash your brilliance, here are 3 questions I like to ask of my clients and of myself: What is the work you do in the world? What do you do that just gets you excited and onto cloud 9? What is the impact you are having in the world and how are you creating that impact? Once you’ve answered these questions, start talking about them. Talk about them out loud. Get it out of your notebook and your journal and get into an email, onto a social post, a story or share on live video. Start sharing what you do and that my friend is what marketing really is, it’s connecting and resonating with people, with other human beings that actually want and need what you have to offer.
