Rebekah Mowbray's past is one filled with much turmoil and at times significant distress. Today, she is passionate about encouraging others to shift from a victim mindset to that of a victor. Bek grew up in a loving Christian family along the South Coast of New South Wales. Her young life took a turn when sadly sexually abused by someone she knew. Bek has been through many ups and downs, experiencing broken relationships, having her wedding cancelled hours before the date, living in the Amazon jungle and experiencing rejection from the Church. But the good news is, this is not the end of her story Bek recently released her memoir, The Shattered Facade, which is available at most global retailers. We chat about it today.
