Hello everybody! Welcome back to Actuali!  We continue our exploration into the deepest questions of life, to understand our relationship with the deepest, most fundamental aspects of reality, that we may come to know ourselves truly, and be our Actual I. In this episode, we are utilizing a simple technique which involves only being aware of one's breathing during meditation, noticing thought distractions, and patiently returning attention to our breathing.  This allows us to get an experiential sense and build up a bodily memory of what Now, this very present moment, feels like without our thoughts, feelings, and perceptions laden over it. In returning our awareness to the Now we build up this sense which allows us to be freed of the impact of thoughts and feelings, gradually, and evermore over time as we deepen our practice.  And breathing, is a very simple, benign (not emotionally loaded) focal point for attention that is grounded here in the present, so it is a perfect anchor point for attention to return to. So, join us as we deepen our facility for returning to this all loving, healing, peaceful and free sense of presence, through the simple, effective mode of attending to our breath.  Soon, a deep breath to the stomach will come naturally to you, to ease any troubled moment.
