This episode I am reviewing Ray Kroc's Grinding It Out book which is a book about the true story behind the personal life and the making and success of Ray and McDonald's corporation. You will hear me go into who Ray was as a person and the impact he had in the Fast Food business and franchising system as a whole. You will hear a few of my favorite quotes from Ray that are in the book on the topics of business, competition and perseverance. This book which is the closest thing you will get to an autobiography of Ray Kroc is a classic, cornerstone book that I would say is a must have for anyone who plans to get in business one day or just in general needs to find an example of someone who exemplifies hard work, determination, vision and perseverance.
