They lived in India the past 2 years studying yoga directly under a living Enlightened Avatar, Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam. During that time, they led multiple teacher trainings, yoga programs for thousands of people, and took part in 2 Guinness World Records in the field of yoga. They are currently living in Los Angeles. Prasiddha is working on getting her doctorate in Ayurveda and Dridha is training young athletes in the art of yoga and meditation. Their mission is to help heal and empower humanity through spreading the sciences of Enlightenment and authentic yoga.
