Welcome back to Actuali! In this episode, I invite Visionary Artist and Poet, Juliana Garces to share her insights on how we may integrate our spiritual experiences into our daily lives. We discuss her profound lucid dreams experiences starting from a young age, which led her to meditation, yoga, and working with sacred plant medicines for spiritual purposes. We also discuss her incredible visionary art, her experiences with astral travel, as well as working with Ayuhuasca, and we get to hear a wonderful transcendent poem as well. Practices involving breathing techniques, yoga, meditation, and more are all capable of allowing the practitioner to rise to transcendent realms of experience without any substances involved, and we recommend learning these methods above all.
